Yes! Even though we decided to suspend all cruises departing on-or-before November 30, 2020 due to COVID-19, you may still book any cruise after this date. (Please note: circumstances have extended the suspension for some ships and sailings. Please check our Health & Travel Alerts page for a complete list of cancelled sailings.)
For cruises booked on or before November 30, 2020, guests may cancel up to 48 hours before departure using our Cruise with Confidence program for sailings departing on or before April 30, 2022, and receive a Future Cruise Credit that can be used toward any cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021 or 12 months from your cancellation date – whichever is further. As part of our Cruise with Confidence program, we have two new options that provide guests with even more flexibility:
- Best Price Guarantee – allows you to take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee up to 48-hours prior to your cruise, giving you the confidence that if you stick with us, you'll always have the best price. (*Certain rates are excluded.)
- Lift and Shift – this addition assists those guests that simply wish to move their existing cruise to next year, instead of cancelling. If you are ready to move to an alternative sail date, we’ll price protect your original pricing and/or promotion if the alternative sailing next is the following year, and is the same itinerary, product, length, and stateroom category. However, the alternative sail date that the guest will be moved to, needs to be dated within 4 weeks (before or after) of the original sail date, but for the following year departing on or before April 30, 2022. For example, if you are moving from a July 30, 2020 sailing, you must move to a sailing that is the same itinerary, product, length, and stateroom category, and the sail date should be June 30, 2021 – August 30, 2021. To be eligible, guests must move their booking on or before November 30th, 2020.
