I’ve applied my 125% Onboard Credit to a new booking and I now want to cancel my sailing? Will I receive those funds back?


Once you request a refund of your cruise fare, regardless of whether it's before or after the Cruise Planner opt-in period, you are no longer eligible for the 125% Onboard Credit. 

A refund will be processed for both your cruise fare paid and any amount paid for Cruise Planner purchases.
