Can changes to my booking affect my eligibility for Double Cruise Points?

Yes. Changes to your fare, ship, sail date, or certain booking details may cause the Double Points offer to be removed from your reservation. The offer will also be removed if the original guest associated with the promotion is removed from the booking.
