香港出發航次的有關情況更新
鑑於香港政府持續延長遊輪停運措施，皇家加勒比國際遊輪宣佈取消海洋光譜號於香港餘下的公海遊航次，受影響之出發日期包括2022 年2 月18 日、21 日、24 日、26 日和 28 日 及3 月4 日、7 日、10 日、12 日、14 日和 17 日。由於目前疫情之不確定性，令皇家加勒比為旅客提供一個難忘的假期帶來直接影響，因此皇家加勒比需取消海洋光譜號於本港今季度的餘下航程。
對於因航程取消而受到影響的賓客，我們將安排全額退款，包括已支付的遊輪票價、港務稅費，及已購買的船上消費項目；如您通過皇家加勒比官方渠道預訂，相關退款預計將於30 個工作天内自動退款到您的支付賬戶。
如您通過旅行社預訂，您的預訂旅行社將為您安排以上事項，請與您的預訂旅行社聯絡。
若您持有尚未兌換之未來航次抵用券 (Future Cruise Credit)，香港航線的有效期將自動延長至 2022 年底，屆時有關香港航線若未能成行將另行通知。

Royal Caribbean International’s Spectrum of the Seas Sailings Update (as per 9th February )
Following Hong Kong’s extension of COVID-19 prevention measures, Royal Caribbean has cancelled the remainder of its 2022 Hong Kong cruise-to-nowhere season, which includes the following Spectrum of the Seas sailings: February 18, 21, 24, 26, 28 and March 4, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 2022. The extension and the uncertainty of the situation in Hong Kong impacts the cruise line’s commitment to ensure it can deliver the memorable holidays guests know and love.
Guests affected by the cancelled sailings can receive a full refund of their cruise fare and any pre-cruise purchases, including taxes and fees, to the original form(s) of payment within 30 working days.
If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly for refund arrangements.
For affected guests who are holding unredeemed Future Cruise Credit (FCC) the validity will be automatically extended on Hong Kong sailings to the end of 2022, pending availability.
For affected guests who have unused Onboard Credit (OBC) in their bookings, please contact us by February 23 - by phone at +852 3002 4636 or email at hkgdirectbk@rcclapac.com.
