What if I get sick onboard the Ultimate World Cruise or the four Ultimate Cruise segment or need to disembark due to an emergency?

We have excellent medical care facilities onboard should you require assistance. We also encourage you to purchase travel insurance for your peace of mind should a cruise disruption occur due to an unexpected medical emergency. If you do need to disembark, the Guest Services team onboard will provide guidance.
