Royal Caribbean makes going luxury simple, offering a range of options tailored to your budget and group size. Luxury beach clubs aren’t a new concept, but with the announcement of the new Royal Beach Club collection, many cruisegoers understandably want to know what the hype is all about.
The best indicator of beach club luxury often includes exclusive access to a private beach, or, in the case of Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, two private beaches. Other benefits typically involve:
Luxury upgrades, such as private lounging spaces, are also a good sign you’re headed in the VIP direction. Daybeds and cabanas come with service perks like dedicated beverage or personal attendant service to maximize your time having fun in the sun instead of waiting for the next available bartender.
Royal Beach Club Paradise Island is the first destination within the Royal Caribbean Royal Beach Club collection, debuting in December 2025 on Paradise Island in Nassau, The Bahamas. This 17-acre zone of fun and relaxation is located on the western end of Paradise Island, with guest transport available via exclusive Royal Caribbean water transportation, which takes you directly to and from the pier. The first-of-its-kind beach club experience is available as a shore excursion for cruisers sailing to Nassau, and is divided into three areas — Family Beach, Party Cove and Chill Beach.
So, why is it worth it to go VIP? Let’s find out.
No matter which package you choose, you’ll feel like a VIP right away with all the available options to suit every vacation daydream.
Guests can choose from a selection of all-inclusive day passes, which include:
Standard day passes provide access to two stellar beaches, three pools and three swim-up bars, including the world’s largest, The Floating Flamingo℠. On the subject of food and beverage, guests can get their fill of island favorites among three Paradise Grills℠ and 10 bars, while embracing Bahamian culture through live music, entertainment and shopping.
For those interested in upgrades, VIP-seekers are in for the ultimate all-inclusive beach day, from private cabanas and day beds to drink package bundles. Unlike standard Royal Beach Club Day Passes, some guests opt for an upgrade to enjoy reserved seating, personalized service and wow-factor moments at every turn.
The Royal Beach Club Paradise Island VIP Experience is available in several varieties, with day beds being the most accessible entry point to a glamorous beach day, considering your travel budget. Day beds (only available in Party Cove) include two Royal Beach Club Day Passes, dedicated beverage service, an umbrella, storage space and towels.
Alternatively, the touch of added privacy that cabanas offer is best suited for groups of up to 8 to 10 guests. Available both poolside and on the beach, the bonus of going the cabana route is personal attendant service and upgraded amenities for you and your crew.
In the Party Cove, The Party Deck℠ is a private space on the second floor of The Floating Flamingo which comes with 12 Royal Beach Club Day Passes and the option to purchase up to 6 additional passes (for the friends you’re bound to make onboard). Along with the nonstop vibes party cruisers seek, this VIP option also includes dedicated food and beverage service, unique poolside amenities and some of the best ocean views in the beach club.
Similarly, the Ultimate Family Cabana℠ is a luxury beach cabana in the Family Beach Zone, with its two-story private retreat and access for up to 12 guests. The first multi-level Royal Caribbean cabana includes a slide for thrills, a frozen drink machine, an Ultimate Family Cabana attendant and other premium perks.
Cruising in The Bahamas is a treat, but the perfect beach day at Royal Beach Club Paradise Island takes things up a notch. Luckily, Royal Caribbean makes snagging a Royal Beach Day Pass easy; even the planning process makes you feel like a VIP! Booked guests can visit the Royal app or My Royal Cruise for pricing specific to their sailing, or stop by the Shore Excursions desk while onboard.
Guest capacity at Royal Beach Club Paradise Island varies by season, so it’s strongly advised to book beach club excursions well ahead of sailing day. Bookings are currently open for guests sailing on Royal Caribbean cruises with a stop in Nassau beginning in late December 2025. Once booked, guests can sit back, enjoy their exclusive Royal Caribbean transport and prepare for an unforgettable day in Bahamian paradise.
