Manage Reservation is available to all guests. However, the level of access depends on how your booking was made:
Travel Agent bookings: Guests who booked an individual reservation through a Travel Agent have read-only access to Manage Reservation online. They should contact their Travel Agent directly to amend their booking or make payments towards it.
Group bookings (booked through a Travel Agent): They have read-only access to Manage Reservation online. They should contact their Travel Agent directly to amend their booking or make payments towards it.
Group bookings (booked directly with Royal Caribbean): They have read-only access to Manage Reservation online. They should call Customer Service for assistance to amend their booking or make payments towards it.
