Can guests share or transfer their specialty dining package to another person?

Dining packages are priced per guest, so each one covers a single person and can't be shared or transferred. Not everyone in your stateroom needs one. Anyone who'd rather eat at the complimentary restaurants can, and any guest who wants to join a specialty dinner can pay the posted cover charge that night.
