Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund and any remaining value is subject to the airline’s discretion. If your ticket retains a value for future travel, additional fees or penalties may apply when you reuse that value. For refundable tickets (with fee), a cancellation fee applies and the remaining balance will be refunded to the last form of payment used on your cruise reservation.
