How do I participate in the Loyalty Status Match program?
To participate in the Loyalty Status Match program, guests must be enrolled in the applicable Royal Caribbean Group brand loyalty programs. If you are not currently enrolled in one or more programs, you may join using the options below.
Crown & Anchor Society and Captain’s Club: You may enroll at any time through the Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises websites or mobile apps. Apps are available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Venetian Society: Once you are a member of Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club, you can enroll in Venetian Society through the Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises app. Please note that Pre‑Gold and Preview members are not eligible for a status match with Venetian Society.
If you are only a Venetian Society member: The best way to receive a status match is by logging into MySilversea.com, navigating to the Venetian Society Member Account page, and enrolling in Crown & Anchor Society or Captain’s Club.
