How can I purchase photos? How will I receive my photos? Who do I contact if I have not received or need a change to my purchased photos, photo link, or photo book?


Photo packages can be purchased pre-cruise with a discount, or onboard. 

All shipboard photo products and services can be purchased onboard at a Focus Gallery kiosk or via the Royal App. We’re unable to offer sales of any photographic products or services after your cruise. So, be sure to plan ahead!

Purchase of a photo package or photos that include digital files:

Whether you purchase pre-cruise or onboard, photo selections must be made onboard at Photo Services, and you will receive a secure invitation by e-mail with a link to view and download your photos. You can expect this e-mail within 7-10 business days for most ships and up to 48 hours after the end of your cruise for the following ships: Adventure, Allure, Freedom, Harmony, Icon, Independence, Liberty, Mariner, Navigator, Oasis, Ovation, Quantum, Symphony, Voyager, and Wonder of the Seas® (coming soon for Enchantment of the Seas®, Radiance of the Seas®, and Utopia of the Seas®).

Please note that the images are sold as is and no changes will be made.

Purchase of a photo book:

Photo books take 4 to 6 weeks after the end of your cruise to process.

Purchase of a canvas, acrylic, crystal, or metal print:

Special orders such as canvas, acrylic, metal print and crystals take 6 to 8 weeks after the end of your cruise to process.

Private Studio photos

All Private Studio products take 6-8 weeks for delivery. These include Albums, Canvas, Metal and Acrylic products.

Please note, some edits can be made to the photos from Private Studio but all orders are final. No changes can be made once you leave the ship.
