What are the benefits of the Royal Genie Package?

The Royal Genie Package offers elevated VIP experience with personalized service and a curated collection of premium benefits designed to make every moment onboard seamless and unforgettable.
 

• Royal Genie Services: Arranges prime entertainment seating reservations, manages dining and activities reservations, coordinates luxury shopping onboard, plans special celebrations, handles special requests and much more 
• Deluxe Beverage Package (for all guests of legal drinking age)*
• Refreshment Package (for all guests below legal drinking age)
• Complimentary Star Class Dining Benefit including à la carte dining and special holiday dinners (Dec 24, Dec 25, Dec 31, and Valentine’s Dinner)
  
  • The following dining options are excluded from the Star Class Dining benefit:
    • Food items from Starbucks
    • Signature Cuts at Chops Grille (where available)
    • Hibachi (where available) - $15 surcharge
    • Chef’s Table - $50 surcharge
    • Due to space limitations, culinary classes are not included in these amenities, except for SIP-TOUR-BRUNCH                       
  • Playmakers' food is included. The following Playmakers conditions apply:
    • Playmakers Touchdown Sundae, which is a souvenir item, and therefore is available to purchase.
    •  Playmakers Owners Box is a reserved space and of a chargeable nature. Royal Genie Package guests will get priority to reserve the space.

• For ships with the following venues and experiences, an additional surcharge applies. These reservations must be made once onboard:
  
  Izumi Hibachi/Teppanyaki — $15; Wonderland by DaDong — $25; Royal Railway: Adult — $50, Child — $25; Chef’s Table & Holiday Dinners — $50; Izumi Omakase — $60; Empire Supper Club — $130.
  
  
• For ships with the following venues with a la carte pricing, you’ll receive a $20 food credit: English Pub, Fish & Ships, Giovanni's Wine Bar, Playmakers, Portside BBQ, Trellis Bar, and Vintages. For Izumi in the Park, you'll receive a $10 food credit. Credits are nonrefundable and can only be used once a day.
• For ships with Izumi Sushi, guests will make their selections from a prix fixe menu.
• Not valid for: Celebration Table, Chops Grille premium cuts, Culinary Activities, Desserts, Main Dining Room premium items, Starbucks food items, and Taste of Royal.
• Playmakers Owner’s Box is not complimentary; however, Royal Genie Package guests receive priority to reserve the space.
• Guests are not able to choose a preferred Royal Genie, but they can rest assured that every Royal Genie is phenomenal and ready to make their vacation an unforgettable one.
• The Royal Genie will stay in contact with their guest(s) and provide services when needed. As even Royal Genies require rest to recharge their magical powers, after hours calls may be redirected to another member of the team.
• For shore excursions, the Royal Genie may escort guests off the ship if requested but does not accompany guest(s) on their planned shore excursion. While guests are enjoying their time in port, the Royal Genie is busy making sure that all their other requests will be met during their cruise.
• All guests in the same stateroom and under the same stateroom booking number are required to purchase this package. Packages cannot be shared and are non-transferable.
• The Deluxe Beverage Package includes any single beverage item with a value of up to $14 during your sailing. For super premium single beverages above $14, guests will be charged the difference in price.
• Guests under age 6 are complimentary.
• Royal Genie Package is non-refundable, both pre-cruise and onboard.
   

When you receive your SeaPass card, it will have an icon confirming your purchase of The Royal Genie Package. If you don’t see it, ask your Royal Genie to apply the icon.
