How can I view, earn, and redeem my MyCruise® Rewards points?

View Points 

    You can view your MyCruise® Rewards points anytime by logging into the Bank of America® redemption portal. 

New Account Bonus 

    Bonus points for new accounts post to your MyCruise® Rewards account about 1–2 billing cycles after you meet the purchase requirement within 90 days of opening. 

• If your offer included a statement credit, it will appear on your monthly credit card statement (not your onboard folio) within the same 1–2 billing cycles.

Redemptions 

    Redemptions are applied based on your sail date, not the date you redeem points. 

• Onboard credits and discounts are applied within one week of redemption.
  
  
• Upgrades, companion fares, and free cruise redemptions are applied before your final payment date. 

Be sure to include the correct booking number, ship, and sail date when submitting your redemption. Rewards cannot be transferred to another reservation once applied.
