Sign in to your Guest Account and select your reservation via Manage Reservation. You can edit guest details including contact information and personal details. Please ensure all guest names match their government-issued travel documents exactly, as this is required for check-in and boarding.
Important:
- If a booking was created through express checkout and secondary guests are listed as TBA/TBD, you can edit their name, last name, and date of birth directly in Manage Reservation — even if the booking is on a courtesy hold. Once these fields are completed, they are locked and cannot be changed online.
- Once guest names, last names, and dates of birth have been completed and locked, any further corrections will require contacting the Call Center.
- If required guest information is still missing after edits, payments cannot be processed. Please contact Support to resolve any outstanding guest information issues.
- Some guest information changes (e.g., changing state of residence) may result in repricing due to promotions granted during the original booking. Make corrections only when strictly necessary.
Note: Certain fields may require contacting Customer Service depending on how close you are to your sailing date.
