What is a Crown & Anchor® crystal block?

A Crown & Anchor crystal block is a commemorative award presented to members onboard during the sailing in which they reach a Crown & Anchor loyalty milestone. Crystal blocks are awarded when members reach 140, 210, 280, and 350 Cruise Points, and again for every additional 70 points earned after that. One crystal block is awarded per relationship or travel companionship.
 

Crystal blocks are presented onboard and must be accepted during the qualifying sailing. Any crystal block not accepted at that time is considered forfeited and will not be shipped after the cruise. Requests for missing crystal blocks can only be honored if the block is verified as missing within 12 months of the sailing during which the milestone was achieved. Requests made beyond the 12‑month period cannot be accommodated.
 

Royal Caribbean is not responsible for crystal blocks that are lost, stolen, or damaged once in a guest’s possession, and replacements are not available.

For point milestones earned on a sister brand and transferred to Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor® through Points Choice, the crystal block will be presented on the guest’s next qualifying Royal Caribbean sailing once the points have been added to the account.
