Why did I or someone I’m traveling with not receive an invite to bid on a RoyalUp Cabanas℠ upgrade?

To receive an email invitation to bid on a cabana, guests must be opted-in to receive Royal Caribbean marketing e-mails. To opt-in to receive emails, guests can sign up on our website, opt-in through the online check in process or within the My Reservations section of our website. 

Please note, there is a limited number of cabanas available, and some guests may not receive an invite to the program. The Program applies to cruises, sail dates, and stateroom categories selected by Royal Caribbean in its sole and absolute discretion. Not all cruises, stateroom categories, or bookings will be selected for participation, regardless of availability.
