To view past cruises, sign in to your account and go to the “Past cruises” tab, but bear in mind that cruises and points can take up to 10 days after a cruise ends to display. If no cruises are listed, check that your loyalty information is showing near the top of the Dashboard screen, and if it’s not there, add your loyalty number. At this time, only Crown & Anchor Society members are able to see past cruises on the website. Past cruises are not listed in the app.
If you’ve added your loyalty number and you still aren't seeing all of your cruises, email email@example.com for assistance. If you’re not a Crown & Anchor Society member yet, you’ll be automatically enrolled after your first cruise.
