Why can’t I see my past cruises after signing in to my Royal Caribbean account?

A

To view your past cruises, sign in to your account and click on the “Past Cruises” tab. Please be aware that it may take up to 30 days after a cruise ends for your cruises and points to appear.

If you don't see any cruises listed, verify that your loyalty information is displayed at the top of the Dashboard screen. If it’s missing, please add your Crown & Anchor membership number.

If you’ve added your membership number and still can’t see all your cruises, feel free to reach out to web_reservations@rccl.com for assistance.

If you’re not yet a Crown & Anchor member, you will be automatically enrolled after your first cruise (applies to U.S. and Canadian guests only).
