All the cocktails on the menu at the Pool Bar and Sand Bar are equally delicious — it really all depends on what you’re craving. If you’re in the mood for something fruity, try the coconut mango daiquiri or the Ultimate Mai Tai. For something a on the smokier side, opt for the mezcal-infused Smokey Rita or the strawberry mezcal Pepperita, which comes with a pinch of pepper for a little added spice. If you’re a stickler for the classics, ask for a spirit-forward Manhattan, a crisp gin and tonic, or a blood orange negroni — our citrusy spin on the iconic Italian aperitif.
