Solarium Bistro becomes Hot Pot in China sailings.
-
At Solarium Bistro, every dish highlights freshness and flavor. Stop by in the morning for breakfast staples like creamy yogurt and seasonal fruit, eggs and grilled sausage, and continental classics like bagels and pastries. At lunch, Solarium Bistro will transport you to some of the top culinary capitals along the Mediterranean coast and beyond. Tuck into fresh mussels and crisp Greek salad. Nibble on pita bread spread thick with homemade tzatziki and babaghanoush. Savor tender lamb chops with cool mint jus or succulent lobster with tangy citrus butter. And treat yourself to sweet surprises, like fluffy loukoumades soaked in honey and creamy panna cotta a la Romana.

In addition to the items on the menu and at the buffet, you’ll sometimes find surprise dishes that rotate every so often. Keep an eye out for those.
