RoyalUp℠ is Royal Caribbean's bid-based stateroom upgrade program. This is a way for guests to potentially upgrade their room to a higher category — like ocean view, balcony or suite — by submitting a bid. If your bid is accepted, you'll receive the upgraded stateroom and be charged accordingly. Otherwise, you stay in your original room with no additional cost.

Guests can request onboard laundry services such as wash and fold, dry cleaning or pressing using the provided laundry bags in their stateroom. Self-service laundry facilities are not available for guest use.
