Ultimate World Cruise Package applies to bookings for the Ultimate World Cruise, sailing consecutively between December 10, 2023, to September 10, 2024, at the Prevailing rate for Inside, Oceanview, Balcony and Suite staterooms includes a Deluxe Beverage Package, Laundry Services, Inclusive Gratuities, VOOM Surf + Stream Package, Business Class Airfare, Premium Transportation, and two-night Pre-cruise Hotel for all guests in the stateroom. No refunds or credits will be granted for unused options or portions.
All bookings sailing on one of the four Expedition packages, including the first Expedition, Round the Horn: America & Antarctica sailing consecutively between December 10, 2023, to February 11, 2024, the second Expedition, Wonders of Asia & the Pacific Expedition, sailing consecutively between February 11 to May 9, 2024, the third Expedition, Middle East Treasures & Marvels of the Med Expedition, sailing consecutively between May 9 to July 10, 2024, and the fourth Expedition, Capitals of Culture Expedition, sailing consecutively between July 10 to September 10, 2024, at the Prevailing rate for Inside, Oceanview, Balcony and Suite staterooms includes a Deluxe Beverage Package, Laundry Services, Inclusive Gratuities and VOOM Surf + Stream Package for all guests in the stateroom. Deluxe Beverage Package – Deluxe Beverage Package is available for selected drinks only, and does not include room service, in stateroom purchases, mini bar items or souvenir glasses. Optional gratuities may apply to certain on-board purchases (such as spa, specialty dining and drinks above the package amount- see below). The Deluxe Beverage Package includes Fountain Soda and refills at any venue, Coca-Cola Freestyle beverages, Coca-Cola souvenir cup, Non-alcoholic cocktails (“mocktails”), Still and Sparkling water, Premium Coffee, Premium Tea, Fresh squeezed juices, and Cocktails, Spirits, Liquor, Beer and Wine by the Glass with a value of up to $13 per serving. Receive 40% discount on bottled wine priced up to $100, and 20% discount on bottled wine priced above $100.
Valid passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before a beverage package will be applied.

Laundry Services – Each stateroom is eligible to send three bags of clothes per week to be washed, pressed, dry cleaned and folded at no additional cost.

Inclusive Gratuities–Gratuities are included for stateroom, waiter, assistant waiter, and headwaiter in the amount suggested by Royal Caribbean Guidelines. An 18% gratuity on all beverages, mini bar items, spa and salon services purchased onboard is not included in the Inclusive Gratuities and will be automatically added to your account.
The gratuity is applied to individual guests of all ages and stateroom categories. Inclusive Gratuities have no cash value and cannot be refunded onboard at any time.
VOOM Surf + Stream Voyage Package – lets you message and video chat on messenger services, browse the web, send emails, post on social media, and video chat live. Plus stream your favorite videos, music and shows.
Business Class Airfare + Premium Transportation & Pre-cruise Hotel – All guests in the same stateroom will be eligible for RCI Business Class Airfare + Premium Transportation & Pre-cruise Hotel up to $4000 value per person. Business Class Airfare applies to specific gateway cities and is limited to airline scheduling and the availability of negotiated airfares. Airfares negotiated by RCI may limit your ability to exchange, endorse or make changes to air tickets. Please check the details before purchase. Pre-cruise Hotel applies to 4- or 5-Star hotels selected by RCI. To book flights, a cruise booking number is required to book airfare. Platinum and above Crown and Anchor members onboard the Ultimate World Cruise will receive the exclusive amenity described below –
Select Complimentary Shore Excursions – One guest in the booking must be a Platinum, or higher, Crown and Anchor member by 180 days prior to sailing for all guests in booking and stateroom to qualify for the Ultimate Shore Excursion amenity at no cost to the guest. Complimentary Shore Excursions at the ports and on the tours shall be designated by RCI in its sole discretion, are subject to availability and change at any time.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS – To reserve a stateroom on the Ultimate World Cruise a non-refundable deposit is required, deposit; amount varies by stateroom category booked. Deposits must be received within fourteen days of booking or sooner, depending on the time of booking. Final payment must be received by Royal Caribbean, 180 days prior to cruise departure. For bookings created within 180 days prior to cruise departure, final payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at the time of final payment. Payments should be made by contacting your Travel Agent or directly through Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean accepts American Express®, MasterCard® and Visa® credit cards for bookings.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Any booking cancellations will be handled by the Concierge Desk. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation amounts vary from the date your cancellation is received.
Penalty Schedule:
o 181+ Days to Sailing – Full deposit amount
o 180 Days to Sailing – 50% Penalty
o 120 Days to Sailing – 75% Penalty
o 90 Days to Sailing – 100% Penalty
