NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Montana, outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2021 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 7, 2021 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s mail server is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, INC., TWITTER, INC., INSTAGRAM, INC., OR YOUTUBE, LLC.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The VOLUNTEER OF THE SEAS ™ program (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in one of the 50 United States (except Montana) or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry, and who have been fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized by either the United States Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization (each, an eligible “Entrant”). Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers and each of their employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes and which Sponsor may decide in its sole discretion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, go to http://www.volunteersoftheseas.com and complete and submit the entry form with all required information, including a valid home address, name email address, and your Crown and Anchor membership number (if any). Upon completion and submission of the entry form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Additional entries: All current Crown and Anchor members will receive additional entries as follows: one (1) additional entry for Gold members, three (3) additional entries for Platinum members, five (5) additional entries for Emerald members, seven (7) additional entries for Diamond members, nine (9) additional entries for Diamond Plus members, and eleven (11) additional entries for Pinnacle members. Alternative method of entry: If you are not a Crown and Anchor Pinnacle member, you may obtain up to an additional eleven (11) entries by going to http://additionalentries.volunteersoftheseas.com/ and filling out an online entry form, including a valid home address, name and email address. You must provide any and all required information to be eligible to enter and win. LIMIT TWELVE (12) ENTRIES PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES MAY BE DISQUALIFIED. . Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties may be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will disqualify that participant’s entries, and that participant and/or entries may be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries will be disqualified. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about August 7, 2021, Sponsor will select the name of 1,125 potential winners (each, a potential “Winner”) for that Simulated Voyage in a random drawing from among all entries received for that Simulated Voyage. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received prior to the drawing for each Simulated Voyage. The potential winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone, on or about August 8, 2021.
Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries if a potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted in person via email or telephone, after the first attempt to contact him/her, (b) fails to sign any documentation that Sponsor may require, in its sole discretion, within the required time period (if applicable), (c) is unavailable to travel within any time period specified by Sponsor, (d) does not meet all of the requirements set forth by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or all health protocols (e.g., vaccination status) required by Sponsor, and/or (e) is disqualified for any reason. In the event a Winner’s companion is unable to participate in the Simulated Voyage, Sponsor may require a Winner to elect an alternate eligible companion or may require Winner to travel alone. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fail(s) to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, not award all prize(s) and/or time permitting, to select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
Verification of Potential Winners: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
5. PRIZES: Grand Prize(s): There will be 1,125 Grand Prize(s) awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) stateroom reservation for two (2) people, winner and a guest (“Guest”) to travel onboard a Sponsor vessel performing a simulated voyage pursuant to the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) Conditional Sailing Order (a “Simulated Voyage”) on one of the following dates:
- August 11, 2021, sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida on M/V Mariner of the Seas;
- August 22, 2021 sailing from Bayonne, New Jersey on M/V Oasis of the Seas;
- September 18, 2021 sailing from Galveston, Texas on M/V Liberty of the Seas;
The dates shown above are dates on which Royal Caribbean International intends to operate the simulated voyage. All dates are subject to CDC approval, and may be rescheduled or postponed in view of maritime conditions, or other exigent circumstances. The type of stateroom, the category of stateroom, and the location of the stateroom onboard is solely at Sponsor’s discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $650. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $731,250. Limit one prize per person and per household.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all port fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to ground or air transportation, automobile insurance, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, gratuities, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, security fees and/or other expenses, are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Potential winner(s) and guest(s) must be available to travel on dates specified on their invitation. If potential winner and guest are not able to travel on date specified, prize will be considered rejected and will be awarded to an alternate winner drawn at random from all remaining eligible entrants.
GRAND PRIZE WINNERS AND GUESTS ARE CONSIDERED “VOLUNTEER PASSENGERS” AND WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS THAT ARE UNPROVEN AND UNTESTED IN THE UNITED STATES FOR PURPOSES OF SIMULATING A CRUISE SHIP VOYAGE. CDC TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIMULATED VOYAGES BY CRUISE SHIP OPERATORS UNDER CDC’S FRAMEWORK FOR CONDITIONAL SAILING ORDER REQUIRE ALL VOLUNTEER PASSENGERS TO BE INFORMED BY SPONSOR THAT SAILING DURING A PANDEMIC IS AN INHERENTLY RISKY ACTIVITY. ALL VOLUNTEER PASSENGERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIMULATE SPONSOR’S PROTOCOLS OR PRACTICES ONBOARD, SHORESIDE, AT SPONSOR’S PRIVATE ISLAND DESTINATIONS OR ANY OTHER PROTOCOLS OR PRACTICES THAT IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SIMULATED DURING THE VOYAGE. SIMULATED VOYAGE TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS CONDITIONAL SAILING ORDER MAY BE MODIFIED AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON BY THE UNITED STATES CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL.
Grand Prize winners and Guest will be awarded a stateroom reservation onboard a vessel scheduled to operate a Simulated Voyage (the “Prize”). The type of stateroom, the category of stateroom, and the location of the stateroom onboard is solely at Sponsor’s discretion. Guests must be at time of prize award the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides (and at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older), unless Winner is parent or legal guardian of Guest and accompanying the Guest. Each Guest must also be fully vaccinated with a vaccine that is authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration or World Health Organization prior to prize fulfillment. Each guest must complete an informed consent form and return any other documentation required by Sponsor prior to prize award. If Guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, minor’s parent/legal guardian must complete and return all releases, informed consent(s) or documentation on behalf of minor. Sponsor may offer Guests certain discounts for goods and services provided onboard or at private island destinations that are part of a Simulated Voyage. Such discounts are at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be discontinued at any time, or may be refused. Venues or locations onboard or at private island destinations may be closed, have reduced capacity, or may have restricted entry, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. CERTAIN ONBOARD OR SHORESIDE SERVICES AND OFFERINGS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING A SIMULATED CRUISE SHIP VOYAGE. CERTAIN VENUES MAY BE CLOSED, OFFER LIMITED SERVICES, OR REDUCED CAPACITY.
Winners and Guests participating in a Simulated Voyage are not eligible to receive loyalty rewards or points. Simulated Voyages do not count towards Crown and Anchor status and will not be considered a part of a Guest’s revenue cruise history. Shareholder onboard credits are not applicable to a Simulated Voyage.
PRIZE EXCLUDES ANY PARKING FEES, TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VESSEL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO (I) ROUNDTRIP COACH AIRFARE, (II) STANDARD HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, AND (III) ROUND TRIP GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT AND HOTEL, OR THE VESSEL. PRIZE WINNER AND HIS/HER GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES TO BE DETERMINED BY SPONSOR OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEIT. EXACT DATES OF TRAVEL TO BE DETERMINED AT SPONSOR’S DISCRETION.
Notwithstanding a Guest’s actual vaccination status, Sponsor may designate Guests as “unvaccinated” for purposes of simulating certain health and safety protocols in accordance with CDC or other regulatory requirements (the “Designated Guests”). Sponsor will randomly select Designated Guests and will communicate such Designated Guest status to each Guest in an email not less than three (3) days prior to the Simulated Voyage. Grand Prize Winners selected as Designated Guests will be unable to access certain venues onboard and in private island destinations. Additionally, Designated Guests will be required to undergo SARS-CoV-2 testing in one or more occasions, will have to wear well-fitting masks at all times (except where otherwise indicated by Sponsor), and may have to undertake certain quarantine or other evacuation simulations during the Simulated Voyage. Designated Guests may be unable to disembark at some or all ports of call for the Simulated Voyage and may not be able to participate in some or all of the shore excursions offered during a Simulated Voyage. Failure of a Designated Guest to comply with these or other Sponsor requirements for Unvaccinated Guests may result in denial of boarding, removal from the vessel, or other action as Sponsor may deem appropriate. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees, costs or other expenses incurred by a Guest in connection with a Simulated Voyage to the extent such Guests no longer wishes to participate in a Simulated Voyage after being selected by Sponsor as a Designated Guest.
Simulated Voyages and their dates are subject to CDC approval, cancellation by Sponsor or the CDC, capacity controls, and blackout dates. Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any except at Sponsor’s discretion. CDC MAY REQUIRE CRUISE SHIP OPERATORS TO IMMEDIATELY END A SIMULATED VOYAGE AND TAKE OTHER ACTIONS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF VOLUNTEER PASSENGERS AND CREW IF A THRESHOLD OF COVID-19 CASES IS MET OR EXCEEDED DURING THE SIMULATION. DURING SIMULATED VOYAGES, THIS THRESHOLD IS MET WHEN 1.5% OF COVID-19 CASES IS DETECTED IN PASSENGERS OR 1.0% OF COVID-19 CASES IS DETECTED IN CREW. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, DIVERSIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSIONS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OR INJURIES) THEREOF SUCH AS CHANGES IN SERVICES OR ACCOMMODATIONS NECESSITATED BY SAME.
GRAND PRIZE WINNERS AND GUESTS MUST FOLLOW ALL CDC REQUIREMENTS LISTED ON HTTPS://WWW.CDC.GOV/QUARANTINE/CRUISE/TI-SIMULATED-VOYAGES-CSO.HTML. ALL PERSONS (INCLUDING THOSE THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED) ARE ADVISED THAT CDC’S ORDER REQUIRES WEARING OF MASKS ON CONVEYANCES ENTERING, TRAVELING WITHIN OR LEAVING THE UNITED STATES, AND IN U.S. TRANSPORTATION HUBS (SEE MARITIME-SPECIFIC FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS) REMAINS IN EFFECT.
In the event Winner and/or Guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, in contravention of any Sponsor health or safety protocol, in violation of any CDC Order, requirement, guideline or recommendation, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early, and remove from the premises or disembark each winner and/or Guest from the vessel with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or Guest (which may, in Sponsor’s discretion, result in such winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s).
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, telephone transmission problems, or garbled transmissions or miscommunications; computer or software malfunctions, or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website associated with the Sweepstakes, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and award any prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES; PUBLICITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, FACEBOOK, INC., TWITTER, INC., INSTAGRAM, INC., OR YOUTUBE, LLC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURANCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 9. DISPUTES. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes not to exceed fifty US Dollars (US$50.00), but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
The Cruise Ticket Contracts in use by Sponsor shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the prize winner’s and his/her Guest’s travel, transportation or passage onboard Sponsor’s vessels. ALL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, ILLNESS OR DEATH, AND BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, AGAINST SPONSOR, THE VESSEL, RELATED ENTITIES AND THEIR OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES ARE GOVERNED BY THE SPONSOR’S CRUISE TICKET CONTRACT.

Vermont residents may exclude return postage on requests for Official Rules.
