To find out if you’re eligible for the RoyalUp Cabanas℠ program, please check your email inbox for an email from royalupcabanas@rccl.com. If you’re eligible, you’ll be able to submit bids for your upcoming sailing.
If the credit card you’re using is declined, you will receive an email with instructions to either to enter updated credit card information or to notify us to retry the same credit card that was entered during the offer submission process.
To change the credit card, you will need to cancel and resubmit your offer. Cancellations can be made using the link in your confirmation email. This will not negatively impact your chances of an upgrade.

Yes. You may obtain a full refund of your purchase by cancelling up to 48 hours before arrival at the port of call. Cancellations can be made through My Royal Cruise, Royal App, or at the Shore Excursion desk once onboard.
Your cabana location and attributes will depend on availability when ready to be assigned. RCI cannot guarantee a specific cabana location assignment within the selected type.
