Morning: Walk through and learn about this one-of-a-kind park’s flora from the experts—our ships’ dedicated horticulturists. There are 100-plus species of plants to discover, as well as 2,200 sub-tropical species on the park’s Living Walls.

Noon: Grab lunch at the perfect spot, Park Café. The Kummelweck sandwich is a must-order and a Royal Caribbean signature menu item, with special slow-cooked beef, au jus, and the chef’s own secret sauce.

Afternoon Stroll: You needn’t be exploring the moon to strap on an Omega Speedmaster, or a Hublot or Cartier watch—just the shop in Central Park.

Happy hour: Have your pick of light tapas and a glass of wine at Vintages. With hundreds of first-class labels to choose from, this low-key wine bar is the best place to enjoy twilight on your own or with friends and family.
