Can I reschedule my cruise that was cancelled because of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?


You can start planning your next cruise vacation with us right now! If you cancelled through Cruise with Confidence you have through December 31, 2021 or 12 months from your cancellation date – whichever is further –  to redeem your Future Cruise Certificate and cruise with us again, or you can move your cruise to next year using our Cruise with Confidence’s Lift and Shift option.

If your sailing was cancelled as part of our global COVID-19 suspension, you have through December 31, 2021 to redeem your Future Cruise Certificate and cruise with us again on any sailing departing on or before April 30, 2022.

We know this too shall pass, and we are optimistic that very soon you’ll be excited about planning your next cruise vacation. As always, the most important thing to us will always be the health and safety of our guests and crew. In the meantime, Royal Caribbean International will continue to monitor the global situation impacting cruises and travel all around the world.
