What if I get pregnant before or during the Ultimate World Cruise or the four Ultimate Cruise segments?

Royal Caribbean cannot allow guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise to sail. If this will affect your adventure with us, contact our Ultimate World Cruise team and we will be happy to review your options with you.
