Central Park – Oasis of the Seas     

Oasis of the Seas revolutionized cruising in many ways over a decade ago (and continues to do so today), one way being with the introduction of the unique seven-neighborhood concept. This includes Central Park—an area at the heart of every Oasis Class ship. Open to the sky above, you can shop, dine, walk or simply sit alongside the plant-lined paths and enjoy the breeze and live music.

FlowRider offers the thrill of surfing in the middle of the ocean for experts and beginners alike.

FlowRider – Spectrum of the Seas

Adventurers will undoubtedly gravitate toward this signature Royal Caribbean experience—FlowRider, the first surf simulator at sea. You can catch as many waves (and views) as you want during your cruise, whether you prefer boogie boarding or stand-up surfing, set against the backdrop of the open ocean.

Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade is the spot to cheer on the home team and enjoy game-day favorites and ice-cold brews.

Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade – Independence of the Seas

Talk about mouthwatering—The Poke Nachos from Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade are delicious and also Instagram-worthy. The signature sports bar has a little something for everyone, featuring a menu of wings, burgers and ice-cold beers. You can root for your home team playing across the dozens of big-screen TVs and get in on the friendly competition at the arcade and with table or jumbo games.

The Ultimate Abyss – Symphony of the Seas

Among the world’s largest ships, Symphony has the adventures to match, including the Ultimate Abyss. The tallest slide at sea measures 10 stories high and sends thrill-seekers down twisting tubes buzzing with sound effects, music and lights.

AquaTheater – Harmony of the Seas

The iconic AquaTheater—an amphitheater-style entertainment venue with a pool unlike any other. This space comes to life with acrobats, divers, slackliners and more talented performers who take the meaning of “center stage” to new heights, from the the diving platforms above to the underwater lifts and everywhere in between.

North Star delivers record-breaking views up to 300 feet above the ocean – it’s even recognized by Guinness World Records.

North Star – Odyssey of the Seas

Odyssey of the Seas adds a punch of color with a vibrant-hued North Star, the signature all-glass observation capsule that will take you 300 feet above the ocean for breathtaking, 360-degree views.

Fun fact: North Star happens to be in the book of Guinness World Records as “Highest Viewing Deck on a Cruise Ship!”

There is no wrong way to spend your day at sea—or any day really—on board. From day to night, the pool deck is a great place to choose your own adventure, whether that means relaxing poolside at any one of the pools, including the adults-only Solarium, or plunging down The Perfect Storm waterslides.
